Services
Nine trades. One contract.
We self-perform the work that usually gets subbed out, which is why our schedules hold. Everything below is handled by our own crews under a single scope and a single point of contact.
01
General Contracting
One point of contact from permit to punch list.
Whole-home renovations, additions and full gut jobs — scheduled, permitted and managed end to end. You get one number to call and one crew accountable for the result.
- Whole-home renovations
- Additions & bump-outs
- Permitting & inspections
- Schedule and budget management
02
Kitchens
The room your house is judged by.
Layout, cabinetry, counters, tile, lighting and appliance integration. We handle the demo, the rough-ins and the finish work, so the trades never point fingers at each other.
- Full kitchen remodels
- Custom & semi-custom cabinetry
- Counters, tile & backsplash
- Appliance and lighting integration
03
Bathrooms
Waterproofed right, finished beautifully.
Primary suites, hall baths and powder rooms. Proper waterproofing and ventilation underneath, tile and fixtures worth looking at on top.
- Primary suite renovations
- Tile & curbless showers
- Vanities and custom storage
- Heated floors & ventilation
04
Flooring
Hardwood, tile and everything under it.
Installation, refinishing and repair — including the subfloor work most crews would rather skip. Matched thresholds and level transitions throughout.
- Hardwood install & refinishing
- Tile and stone
- LVP and engineered wood
- Subfloor repair & leveling
05
Millwork
Trim that matches the house it's in.
Crown, casing, wainscot, coffered ceilings and stair parts. On older Main Line homes we profile-match the existing trim so additions read as original.
- Crown, casing & baseboard
- Wainscot & paneled walls
- Coffered & beamed ceilings
- Historic profile matching
06
Built-Ins
Storage designed for your walls, not a catalog.
Bookcases, window seats, mudrooms, banquettes and media walls — built to the dimensions of the room and finished to match the trim.
- Bookcases & libraries
- Mudrooms & lockers
- Window seats & banquettes
- Media walls & bars
07
Electric
In-house, so nothing waits on a subcontractor.
Service upgrades, panel work, recessed and decorative lighting, dedicated circuits and device replacement — coordinated with the rest of the job instead of squeezed around it.
- Panel & service upgrades
- Recessed and accent lighting
- Dedicated circuits
- Switches, outlets & smart devices
08
Plumbing
Rough-in through trim, on our own schedule.
Supply and drain rough-ins, fixture setting, repipes and relocations. Because it is in-house, the tile does not sit waiting for someone else's calendar.
- Rough-in & fixture setting
- Repipes and relocations
- Water heaters
- Leak repair & diagnostics
09
Painting
Prep is most of the job.
Interior and exterior painting with the patching, caulking and sanding that actually determines how the finish looks in two years.
- Interior painting
- Exterior painting
- Cabinet & trim finishing
- Drywall patch & skim coat
Not sure which one you need?
Most projects touch three or four of these at once. Describe the room and we will tell you what it actually involves.
